August day camp in the kindergartens of Ma'ale Yosef 🌞

Dear parents,

Attached is a questionnaire for initial registration for the August kindergarten camp:

If you wish to register your son/daughter, please complete the questionnaire by Monday, 13.7, at 12:00.

Important to know:
* Opening the summer camp is conditional on the registration of at least 15 children in each kindergarten.
* Operation of the camp is subject to the recruitment of suitable staff.

Please note: this questionnaire is intended solely for a feasibility check and does not constitute registration for the camp.

Based on the questionnaire data, the programs to be opened will be determined, and only afterward will the official registration, which includes payment, begin.

Only completion of the registration and payment will constitute final confirmation of the registration being recorded in the system.
